Ms. Johnson has been a licensed Realtor since 2004. She currently holds real estate licenses in Virginia, DC and Maryland and a published web author. She is a member of Dulles Area Association of Realtors (DAAR). With over 70 active clients, Jennifer specializes in working with Professional Investors, while increasing their net worth and diversifying their real estate portfolios.

Ms. Johnson is from Reston, Virginia and has resided in the Washington Metro area since 1982. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Virginia (CLAS '94) in 1994. From May 2002 until May 2004, Ms. Johnson served as a member of the South Riding Covenants Committee. Ms. Johnson is an avid reader and her interests include jazz, fine art and volunteering.

* Provided full Service from Relocation to New Home Ownership! Assisted Royle family find a rental property upon learning they were relocating to the DC area. Negotiated the lease for them and assisted with hassle free 'move-in'. Assisted with locating a new home to purchase which would meet their long-term needs. Represented them as their Buyer's Agent and negotiated a contract that would be most beneficial to them. Assisted them with another 'hassle-free' move into their new home, coordinating transfer of mail, utilities, and other details.

* Assisted an Investor evict 'problem tenant' from property who had been a 'hold-over' for more than a year. Investor client had trying to remove tenant for more than a year before he hired me to do the job.

* Assisted another Investor with commercial business expansion by identifying prime investment property for building a new warehouse and mini-storage facility with negotiations presently underway.

* Presently representing Mortgage company owner find a prime residential site for building his new 4,000+ square foot home.

* Assisted a tenant find the perfect rental property for their family who needed to find a place quickly and had just one week to relocate their family from another state to the DC capitol area region.

* Presently managing investment and rental properties for another Investor who was having trouble collecting rent, and resolving Section 8 issues. Problems resolved and now a long term client.
