John Bonbright

I am a retired U.S. Navy officer, having served over 20 years. After retirement, I was a senior manager in private industry in Maryland. I became active in real estate over ten years ago, selling new construction in the Chapel Hill, NC area. I have been in new construction sales in Virginia for approximately ten years.

I have an undergraduate degree in economics from Michigan State University, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Illinois University. I have also completed all of the courses required for certification (MD) as an appraiser, as well as numerous real estate courses.

Over 10 years experience in real estate sales, concentrating on new construction. Multi-million dollar sales producer, with sales over $6,000,000 in 2006 and 2007.
