Skills and experience from 25+ years in the technology sector in programming, customer service, sales, sales management, marketing, marketing management, brand management and training, Ginny has attended many training sessions and has the experience you need to successfully market a home, represent sellers and also represent buyers.

In addition to a BS degree from Cornell University, she has attended many professional trainings on negotiations, ethics, contracts, specialized training for buyer representation, marketing seminars, and specialized training for working with buyers and sellers over the age of 50 (some say 'senior' - I say 'seasoned'). Add to that niche training on 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges, Short Sales, Wealth Building through mortgage programs, and you have a well-rounded representative for your needs.
