Jimmy Benson

I have been licensed since 1993 and obtained my Broker's license in 1999. I married my high school sweetheart and we have 4 children and are expecting our 5th at the end of May. I am born and raised in Richmond and have had the great fortune to be raised by 2 Real Estate Brokers, my Mom and Dad. My father originally started Town & Country Realty 30 years ago but felt the consumer needed a change. Help-U-Sell of Richmond West was opened in 1988. I have been in the top 10 in sales across the country for Help-U-Sell consistently since 1999. I was awarded the Don Taylor Founders award at the 30 year anniversary for Help-U-Sell in 2005. There are few greater joys than helping someone or a family find and close on a home. I have always considered myself a problem solver rather than a sales person. I don't make or convince people to buy homes, but rather help educate and solves the problems to make home ownership a reality.
