Shannon Neufeld

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was employed as an Employment and Training Specialist in a variety of different settings. I worked with the state and those on welfare and I also worked with business closures and dislocated worker, giving me the experience to value all economic backgrounds and the unique needs of all. Through this past position, I have gained experience to provide a high level of personal service and developed effective organizational and communication skills. It is skills like these, my new real estate experience and a supportive team that will ensure you get the very best value when purchasing or selling your home.

I have lived in the Northwest for the last 13 years. I have an extensive knowledge of the area real estate market. Real Estate is a full time business for me. I continue my real estate education and certification and maintain an active real estate license. In addition to my work experience and my real estate education I also have a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

In January 2008 I was awarded the Whatcom County Association of Realtors' Rookie of the Year Award.
