With over 20 years of negotiations, research and counseling skills, I know how to reduce the stress and get you the best price in the least amount of time. I've spent my life helping people and I enjoy helping people buy and sell real estate more than anything I've done before. When we meet the first time, I have a systematic way to help you discern what your needs are. I'll listen closely and set up a search based on your criteria. If you haven't met with a lender yet, I can refer a few to you or you can choose your own. Normally, we'll spend two 3-hour days looking at properties. I'll help you evaluate each property in terms of your wants, needs, and goals for it. We've never had to show more than 7 homes before we find the right one for you. So whether you want to move next week or next year, we'll be happy to help you with a successful transaction.
