Just one of my volunteer efforts is sitting on an ethics board/standards of practice committee for Windermere. The board works toward raising the bar on industry standards and agent practices. Since 1997 I have been working full-time at Windermere Real Estate/JS and fulfilling the needs of buyers and sellers alike while doing something I love... being a Realtor. I have a very well designed business model full of marketing materials, strategy and technology. Clients are given an enormous amount of education with those materials and I communicate with them FREQUENTLY which helps them through the process. My area of expertise is Snohomish County and North King County. I appreciate the consideration and will promise my professional best while accompanying you through a very stressful time.
