Realtor - Specializing in First time home buyers, relocations, vacant land, and sellers down sizing, or room to grow. I also work with investors looking for rental properties, and fixers. I am experienced and educated to serve and help you with all your real estate needs.
I set goals and love education. I have worked as a legal secretary, bookkeeper, hairdresser, and for an appraiser as his assistant/trainee. Most of my experience is in sales and public relations. I leased & operated a kiosk at the Bellis Fair Mall and the Cascade Mall. Some of my experience in sales has been in cosmetics, Home Interior & Gifts, & health products. I considered becoming a Real Estate Appraiser and started the courses to complete it. I discovered I liked working more with the clients and enjoyed the Real Estate Professional field better. My father Bob Hammond owned and operated as broker for a real estate business in Sedro-Woolley named Hammond Realty, before he passed away. My father knew I would love the business and asked me to study for my license; I followed through and was licensed in 2000, worked at Century 21 Advantage in Burlington. I then moved to Century 21 Valley Homes – Mount Vernon in 2001, we changed franchise to RE/MAX and became RE/MAX Valley Homes. I have been with them since and like it there.

I have completed my ABR (accredited buyers representative), GRI (graduate of the realtor institute), and e-pro (internet professional) designations and I am considering becoming a Broker in the future.

Graduate of the Realtor Institute - GRI designation - completed required clock hours and training to receive this designation. This required completing GRI 100, GRI 200, and GRI 300.

I am now working on my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. I have completed CRS 202 and working on my Brokers License.
