The world of real estate has been my world since obtaining my first real estate license in 1971 in Indiana. I did take a couple of sabbaticals to care for my mom etc. but overall I am a Realtor!

My clients needs and concerns are my top priority - I have learned to listen carefully to what my clients state and strive to achieve their dreams and make it a fun, stress-free process.

Information is the most important and empowering thing out there and I educate my clients every step of the way. I point them to professionals or websites and other sources to come away with the knowledge to make educated, intelligent decisions.

As a full-service agent, I have built a network of respected, knowledgeable and experienced professionals who are in related fields of business. This team makes the buying and selling process a smooth and successful transaction.

I feel priviliged to be able to work with people in the home buying or selling process and try to make it the best experience they can have and eliminate any stress possible from my clients.

People play a very important role in my life - with my husband of 5 years at the top of that list. I love to read, travel, cook, dance, hike, bike and enjoy life.

I have my Associate Brokers license along with the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation and the distinguished E-Pro designation. I am also a Certified Negotiations Expert which brings a lot to the table for my clients. Negotiations are the key to any successful real estate transaction and I am very proud of this designation. I am a Realtor and a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, the Washington State Association of Realtors and the King/Snohomish Counties Associaton of Realtors. As a Realtor, a large step above a real estate agent, I am bound to a strong Code of Ethics and am very careful to adhere to this code. I have been active on the Chamber of Commerce for Shoreline Washington and served on their board for 2 years. I am now active in the Greenwood-Phinney Chamber of Commerce.
