Jodie Carpine is fully committed to providing a level of service to her clients that consistently exceeds expectations. She has been licensed to sell real estate in Eastern Washington since 2005, after 30 years of working for and with major corporations. Jodie has a very solid work ethic and has impressed home buyers and sellers in every aspect of their transactions.

Jodie’s focused approach of analysis, communication, perseverance, and patience places her above her peers. By listening to her clients, then using her extensive knowledge of inventory, financing, contacts and energy & environmental issues, she empowers her clients to make informed, profitable decisions.

Education and research are very high on Jodie’s priority list. Her clients benefit from the hundreds of hours she has spent furthering her real estate education. She knows the answer, or how to find it! She currently is one of two agents in the Spokane area, out of more than 2200, who have earned the EcoBroker Certified designation (handling energy and environmental issues that affect real estate transactions) and one of about fifty who have earned the ePro designation (real estate Internet professional). Jodie has also earned the designation Graduate REALTOR Institute.
