Bill and Lisa Davis

We have been married since the year 2000 although they met in 1991 and are officially highschool sweethearts. We moved to Spokane in 2001 and continue to think this was a great decision. We both grew up in the Seattle area and both graduated from Washington State University in 1996. We've had varied careers before real estate, but most of them have really enhanced our real estate business. In our free time, we enjoy spending time with our dog, Melvin. He's a springer spaniel with a lot of personality! We enjoy gardening and growing especially dahlias. We like attending the Spokane Indians baseball games. We enjoy growing in our faith in the Lord through bible study, church, etc. We are getting ready to have our first child so we're excited about the big change that will be happening in our lives.

We've been selling real estate full time in the Spokane area since 2003 and have experience in several areas of real estate. We love selling residential acreage since we live on 10 acres ourselves. We are experienced in selling investment property and have personally flipped several homes and own several rental properties. We work all throughout the greater Spokane area and are very familiar with new construction to homes that are over 100 years old. We love working with sellers and buyers and understand their specific and different needs. What we specialize in is listening to our clients needs instead of telling them what we think they need. This has earned us several top production awards in our office as well as within the Spokane Association of Realtors.
