For over 35 years helping people buy and sell real estate in Western Washington. While still in college at the University of Washington I started selling real estate and found a lifelong career that is a lot of hard work but very enjoyable. Today completing a successful real estate transaction is very different than when I started and within the next few years it will evolve even more. That is why each day brings new and exciting challenges in my effort to help people buy and sell their homes, and is a learning opportunity for me and my staff. At the same time the experience of working through many different market cycles allows me to better understand how marketing, advertising, promotions, negotiations, financing and closing process should all work together successfully for the benefit of my customers and clients.
