I am a businessman, Investor and owner of BCI Properties LLC, a Property Management Company, plus Emily and I also own rental properties. We "Flip" from 2 to 3 homes a year, in 2007 we did 3 flips and love to help others to do the same. We have been in Escrow many times for our own properties, so we know what must be done personally to help you buy or sell a home. I am an Accredited Buyers Agent, with special skills in helping the first time home buyer and those who wish to buy but have poor credit.
