Hello,

First off thank for you for visiting my site and taking the time to read about me. My name is Lorraine Baldwin-Lopez. My friends call me Lori so please feel free to use either to address me. I grew up here in the Northwest. I lived in Issaquah from the time I was 4 until 17 at which time I moved to Ellensburg to attend CWU. Since college I have lived in San Francisco, Las Vegas, Virginia and of course six years ago I returned to my favorite state, Washington. This is where I have chosen to raise my family.

I currently am the President of the Roy Community Lions. Lions Club International is an amazing organization that is known internationally for their motto of "we serve". During any disaster it's exciting to see that Lions are usually the first on the scene. This year has been especially exciting for the Roy Community Lions because it is our first year or charter year. I am proud to not only serve but, lead my Lions Club in its charter year. We have been out in the community making a positive difference with no motive other then to serve. They were however deemed the knights of the blind by Helen Keller back in the early 1900's and have continued to make that a passion through eye glass collection and recycling as well as eye banks for transplants. Our Lions Club just hosted our soon to be annual event of person of the year which benefitted the Roy Food Bank. I am excited to see what this club of amazingly dedicated people will do in the future.

I also volunteer my time at Landmark Education in Freemont. I am currently coaching a Self Expression and Leadership Program. This program has participants choose a project that doesn't benefit them to put on. These have included restocking lakes, Toe Jam, Home Away from Home a Thanksgiving dinner for refugees and many, many more. It's exciting to be involved with an organization that is interested in making a difference. I look forward to my next assisting agreement and the friends for life I will create out of my involvement with Landmark.

My children, 2 little girls, are with whom I like to spend playtime with. I am planning on getting the girls up skiing this year at least a couple times! I have enjoyed skiing since sixth grade but, due to my own excuses I haven't enjoyed that passion for about 7 years. So, this year I am committed to getting up on the mountain. During this past summer the girls and I enjoyed going to the beach, boating, tubing, swimming, horseback riding, fishing and much more. We are an active family that enjoys volunteering our time together. I just started assisting at Sunday school and became classroom parent for both girls’ classrooms at Cascade Christian. Both of my daughters have been very involved with Lions Club and yell out when they see a Lions Club symbol on the road. I think when they are of age they will be starting a Leo's club!

Thank you for taking the time to find out a little more about me. I look forward to the opportunity of meeting you in person
Sincerely,

Lori Baldwin- Lopez
I am the broker owner of Baldwin Real Estate. I became professional invloved in the Real Estate Industry 10 years ago in California where I went to work for the first online mortgage broker. After moving to Las Vegas and Virginia to persue mortgages the old fashion way I decided to move home to Washington and go into Real Estate sales. I was first licensed in WA as a sales person in 2003. I have been a broker for a little over a year. In todays market knowing the lending side of things when dealing with foreclosures and bank owned properties is valuable. I know what to give the bak for a clean acceptable offer that many times they will take over a higher priced offer. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise with you so that you can realize the american dream of home ownership.

Are we in a "down" market?

I can't tell you how many times a day I get asked this question. I want everyone to know if I had a crystal ball that could tell me what the market will do; I would share with my clients! I unfortunately don't. There are many things that affect the ...
