Dale Marciniak / Team Leader
With over 30 years of experience as a full time professional, Dale works with his team to guide

Kevin Marciniak / Realtor / Technology Specialist
Kevin graduated from UW-Whitewater with a communications degree with an emphasis in advertising and electronic media. He is a licensed realtor. His main focus will be working on the technology aspect of the business including creating DVD Home tours and working on our many websites. Kevin specializes in buyer agency and has earned his ABR (accredited buyer representative) designation.

Kathy Marcinak / Realtor / Marketing Specialist
It is Kathy´s job to make sure that each step of the selling process is handled a timely way. She stays on top of all the details, handles the marketing aspect of selling your home and keeps you informed to make your moving experience a positive one. She holds a sales license and is there to show you homes.

Sue Prescott / Administrative Assistant
It is Sue’s job to handle the daily activities of the office. She sets up appointments, works on getting information on listings, updates websites and keeps things on track. She has worked in real estate for several years, and will keep you up to date & informed because she knows how important every step is!

Dale and his team are members of the Wisconsin Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Both of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate.

Dale and Kevin have both earned the CDPE (certified distressed property expert) designation.
