Establishing long term client relationships is a critical part of building a successful referral business. One of the best ways to do that is by asking a lot of questions early on, keeping in close contact with clients throughout the purchase or sale process and then following up when each deal is complete.
No matter where the client comes from, my goal and the goal of my firm is to make each one a "raving fan."
