Douglas Weller

Douglas Weller, born 25th May 1942 in Caracas Venezuela, British citizen, educated in Great Britain, fluent English and Spanish plus a reasonably good written and spoken knowledge of French, arrived in Margarita early 1974, manufacturers´ representatives for foreign exporters in construction materials, hardware, bicycles, wines spirits and foodstuffs, importer and wholesale distributor, honorary British Consul since early 1992 and retired after 11 years, now real estate and vacation rentals.
