Fred Ferguson

Ontario born in 1952, the eldest of four kids, I turned 55 in April. I arrived in Calgary after the Stampede in 1978. Originally headed for the west coast, I fell in love with Calgary about one hour after I got LOST here while visiting an old high school friend. That same evening I rented a place to stay and the rest... as they say is History!

I am married to a wonderful gal by the name of Terry, and another of my joys is Pug Dog ownership. By that I mean to say that we are owned… outright, by a Pug dog named CODY. He sleeps wherever we sleep and he insists on being wherever we are as much as possible. UPDATE: Cody now has a Girl Friend by the name of LOLA and she came to us this summer as a 9 month old pup. So now Cody is not only losing some weight from being chased around our home... he’s also losing some Rank because of little "IN YOUR FACE" LOLA! :)

For me life is good... and to relax on my off time I read, I write, I play guitar and I hang out with my wife and other good friends, some of which were Real Estate clients in the beginning. When the weather is good I like to ride Harley because there is magic in a ride on that air-cooled V-Twin.

Fred Ferguson joined the Calgary Real Estate Board in 1988 and sold single-family homes exclusively. Important changes to the Condominium Property Act in 2000 caused Fred to become interested in condos. He has specialized in condominium sales and service since that time. Fred completed all the specialized training courses created to protect his clients wanting to buy or sell condos.

In 2006 Fred successfully completed the required curriculum to earn the CCS certification (Certified Condominium Specialist) with CREB (the Calgary Real Estate Board). Fred is a “practice what you preach” kind of guy". He sells condos, he has personally lived in a condos, he has been the President of the “Board of Directors” in the complex in which he lived. If it’s about Condos, and if “it’s just gotta be right!”, then Fred’s definitely the right guy to have working for you.
