The McClelland Group is a team of three Realtors versed in all aspects of real estate supported by a business manager and home staging professional. Together we have over 60 years of experience in the agriculture, small business, health care, media, employment & immigration, information systems, construction, and the hospitality industries.

Our service area is primarily the 6,000 square mile Lloydminster region, in the heart of Canada's Midwest. As such we cover both NE Alberta and NW Saskatchewan, from Vermilion, AB in the west to Paynton, SK in the east; Meadow Lake Provincial Park in the north, and Highway 40 in the south.

The Group offers the unique opportunity of designating one Realtor to represent a client when selling, and another when buying. Clients are also free to chose the member of the Group they feel most comfortable working with. This system performs particularly well when families are trading up, as they get the support of two Realtors focussed on their needs. It also means that there is always at least one Group member available 365 days of the year to support our clients.
