I arrived in B.C. in 2000 as a skilled worker category working as Accountant but later on I used my business expertise and proceeds with doing my own business. I owned and still operates two very successful Motels named Castaway Motel (one of the famous with antique sign at Vancouver Island the man with treasure box neon sign) www.castawaymotel.com Royal Motel (www.royalmotelbc.com) and owned various other properties

I had completed my B.Com degree, and further pursued my education to complete my Masters of Commerce (M.Com ) degree from Guru nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab, India. I continued my studies in States and achieved MBA.

I did worked as an Accountant with Punjab State Leather Development Corporation (PSLDC) Government of India. There, I managed the accounting department. responsible for preparing all necessary data to negotiate contracts and purchases.

I had started and operated successful chain of convenience stores in the United States named HAN-D-Stop and I did have my import-export company in United States called Banga Traders Inc. dealing with Handy- Crafts material from India before I re-located to British Columbia, Canada. I am deeply involved with all three levels of government, keeping in touch with the developments of our community and our Country.

As President of the Indo-Canadian Business and Professional Association I am responsible for creating and organizing various functions, which in turn great ties between different communities of the City. I also did helped Port Theater of Nanaimo to organize a few shows. I was also on the board of Conservative Party of Canada, CPC (Nanaimo-Cowichan) as a director.

It is with this same integrity, that I pursued my Realtor’s license,graduating with high honors.
