Barrie Coxe

Barrie Coxe was born in Armstrong, BC and has lived in the Okanagan Valley for most of his life. He has been calling Penticton home since 1964 and loves it here. He has always loved the outdoors; boating, hiking, and being close to nature. Attaining that balance between physical, mental and spiritual health is something Barrie strives for and he says the South Okanagan is the perfect place to achieve it. "It's so easy to appreciate beauty when you live here", reflects Barrie; "there is something for everyone in Penticton." Barrie's philosophy is: "Seize the day".
Barrie has been in the real estate industry since 1994 and before that time ran his own retail business; where he developed his strong sales and business management background. Barrie has always been a people person and believes everything must be based on truth. "I like to make a client a friend, not just a sale", says Barrie, " That means a high level of service & commitment."
