Olga and Vaughan were both born and raised in St. John's, the provincial capital. Together they offer over 30 years of real estate experience and local area knowledge. They have been married for 25 years and have one son, Andrew, who is currently in university working towards an engineering degree. Their past times include reading, sports, travel, movies, entertaining, dinner parties, cooking, and wine. "Nothing beats good company, good food, and good wine when all served together!"

Vaughan is a Member of the National Association of Realtors (USA); Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC); Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC) and is a Past Director of the Newfoundland Association of Realtors; Vaughan holds the designations of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and CERC Relocation Specialist. They are both members of the RE/MAX Platinum Club and RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
