I am pleased to represent Coldwell Banker Associates Real Estate Ltd. as a Sales Associate providing
Transactional Services to Buyers and Sellers in this exciting and ever changing business.
This is a return visit to the business for me. I sold new homes for a major developer before becoming a REALTORĀ®
for Hometown Realty and then Pat King Realty in Bedford about twenty years ago before moving to Moncton with my
wife so that she could pursue her first career opportunity in commercial real estate. She is now a COO in that industry.
I have always had a passion for real estate and have much experience related to the housing business. Since that time
I maintained solid contact with the industry as a sales rep for window & door manufacturers, kitchen manufacturers,
building supply, hardware, and woodstove companies.
After successfully completing a Computer Management course I spent ten years in the office technology business where
I was thoroughly trained as an Account Manager; in particular, the Client Centered Selling (CCS) training which I received from Xerox has proven extremely valuable to my clients & customers in my real estate career.
Managing a real estate transaction involves very similar skills to those required of a successful Account Manager.
This success is accomplished through techniques in determining requirements and needs, then researching and
delivering the best possible solutions to satisfy these needs. Flexibility and imagination are important.
This is achieved through a hands-on implementation plan which manages the various activities from start-to-finish;
determination of the needs, locating the right solution, financing, problem solving and delivery to the client in
a proactive manner. This hands-on approach is how the highest level of satisfaction is realized by the customer.
These same techniques are very relevant to the successful sale and purchase of properties.
While purchasing property is more closely related to this process, in the selling of a property we must consider
various elements before we can offer the most effective marketing and service programs required to achieve the best
result in convenience, market time and price received. I have aligned myself with Home Stagers as I believe that their services are very valuable in helping Sellers market their properties in the most competitive manner.
