Subdivisions of new homes have been built during the last twenty years, adding to the primarily vacation-type properties. The area is still reasonably priced, and attracts many first-time buyers. He will get the potential buyers prequalified so they know what they can spend before they go out looking. Then, step by step, he walks them through finding their dream home, making an offer, getting a home inspection, and even helping them find a lawyer.
