Hi, it is a little strange to talk about one self but here goes!
. I have lived in the London area for 37 years. During this time, I have graduated from Fanshawe College and the University of Western Ontario. While I attended the University Western Ontario I held a number of jobs as I was self-supporting for both college and university. During my tenure at the University I was involved with a martial arts club, and eventually became the main instructor .Shortly after graduating from the University of Western Ontario I worked for the Ontario government for a number of years before becoming a realtor.
During the time of my employment with the provincial government I was an active investor buying properties near UWO, or The University of Western Ontario renovating and renting them to students.
I have been a licensed realtor since 1990. I've been selling new homes for Condon Homes for 14 years who in my opinion are the best custom builder in south-western Ontario. As a professional realtor I have sold as mentioned above new homes for the Condon family and other builders as well-Being a farm boy originally I have sold farms, as well as lake front recreational properties, campgrounds, multifamily units, various businesses, commercial properties such as strip plazas, apartment buildings ,development property, commercial leasing and of course, residential resale properties. Recently I have teamed up with one of my sons to offer property management to select clients in the London, Kilworth or Komoka areas of Middlesex County .Visit my London Ontario Real Estate website for more details.
Presently I live with my amazing wife , 3 children, two Portuguese Cattle Dogs, a cat, numerous chickens etc on a small acreage between London and Komoka.
