In 1996 I completed the requirements of the Ontario Real Estate Association to receive my Realtors License. I continued to complete the Appraisal, Mortgage Financing, Property Law and Property Management courses to then receive my Brokerage License.
I have achieved many accomplishments, receiving awards such as Top 1/2% in the Nation, Top 100 out of 30,000 agents on the Toronto Real Estatre Board, the largest board in Canada. Also becoming #3 agent in the province of Ontario for 2005 and recently being recognized as the #3 Team in All of Canada for 2006, unit sales.

Areas of Expertise
Domenic divides his time between listings (about 60 percent) and buyers (about 40 percent), in prices ranging from $200,000 to $500,000. His partner and wife, Jody Manchisi, focuses on supporting buyers, while Domenic concentrates on getting listings sold. Domenic feels strongly that Jody's contribution greatly enhances his personal success. The geographical area covered includes Milton, Georgetown, Acton, Burlington and Mississauga. They have recententally added 2 Buyer specialists and they also have their customer service representative, to follow up with both buyer and sellers to keep them informed in the process.
Most recently I was asked to participate in the content of the Ris-media upcoming book titled Power Teams. I have also been on panels to discuss the team concept at both, Ris-media event in Manhattan, also at the National Association of Realtor convention in Las Vegas this year.
