Marnie Bennett

Marnie Bennett’s career in real estate began as a Realtor in the 80’s. In Marnie’s first year of real estate sales, she achieved the prestigious ranking as one of the top ten agents Canada wide. After several years as a record setting Realtor, Marnie was hired as executive vice president of a market leading custom home builder that built estate and resort homes in both Ontario and Quebec. Marnie oversaw all operations on a daily basis of a company that eventually grossed in excess of $25,000,000 annually under her leadership.

During her time as a custom builder, Marnie was the team leader on numerous projects that won local, provincial and national housing awards. With the resounding success of her company, Marnie is recognized as a leader in the new home construction industry.

In the 90s, Marnie decided to form her own boutique real estate marketing firm. Bennett & Company grew out of a need for a professional approach to real estate sales and marketing and the need for innovative and highly effective marketing and sales strategies, consumer research, sales administration and management, for intriguing real estate developments. Marnie was able to provide a full range of services and to become a ‘one stop shop’ for real estate developers, builders, property managers and investors.
