I entered the real estate industry in 1985, coming from a successful career with A&P food stores. I managed a store on the corner of George and London streets in Peterborough.
Since coming into real estate I have enjoyed and had the privllage to help 100's of buyers and sellers achieve thier housing dreams.
Marilyn and I have been married for over 38 years. We love living in Peterborough our children Kim and her husband Shawn have 3 kids (Raven 15, Raine 13, Revill 8) and son Sean and his wife Lisa have 2 kids (Riley 7, Sara 2). Mark Williams (adopted son) and his wife Joanne have 1 son, Cole who is one year old.
I joined Rotary in 1997 and have served on many commities as a Director on The Board of Directors of Peterborough Kawartha Rotary Club. I have enjoyed working on local projects, National projects, supporting international projects such as Polio Plus (the world wide eradication of polio) and Wheel Chair Program.
I have always Participated actively in The Peterborough Kawartha Association of Realtors (PKAR). Currentily serving second term as President.
Habitat For Humanity is very important in the past I served on The Board of Directors for a 2 year term. GMAC Real Estate is the Official Real Estate sponsor for Habitat for Humanity in Canada.
In 2001, I purchased The GMAC Real Estate franchise for Peterborough and the surrounding area the office has now grown to a sale force of 15. All sales respresentatives and staff and fully trained premier service agents dedicated to delivering service beyond expectations.
In 2007, I aquire a second office in Courtice which serves all of the Durham Region. Our sales force has more than doubled in the first year.
