My involvement in the real estate profession started in high school when I worked part-time for what was then known as Canada Permanent Trust Realty. After leaving to complete my studies, eventually I would return, this time as a small business owner offering administrative support services to a variety of companies, including The Toronto Real Estate Board, Red Carpet Avery Realty, Century 21 Chartland Realty, and HomeLife/Gold Trade Realty.
It was during my role as Office Manger at HomeLife, that the Broker wisely encouraged me to become licensed. I readily accepted his advice, but unfortunately, yet fortunately, it was just in time for the "great" recession of the early 1990's. Unfortunate, because of the financial hardships suffered by everyone; fortunate, because it allowed me the opportunity to start a family without the demands of the profession.
I have been licensed since 1990 and began my selling career with Robert Case Realty, now known as Coldwell Bank Case Realty. In less than a year, I joined the RE/MAX network at RE/MAX Executive Realty, eventually wending my way north to RE/MAX Newstyle Realty (now RE/MAX Realtron Realty), and to my present home at RE/MAX Crossroads Realty Inc.
Through my work with my many clients and customers, I have knowledge and experience in all areas of Toronto, from Scarborough to Etobicoke, North York to Downtown. As the boundaries of Toronto and the real estate board grew, I expanded my base north into Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket & Vaughan, and east into Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa & Clarington. I have also assisted in the sale and purchase of homes beyond these borders.
Integrity and Transparency are the cornerstones of my business, with Service and Education (mine and yours), as the mainstays to weather all market conditions. Whether you are planning on buying, selling, or renting, or simply information-gathering, I invite you to contact me with all your questions. It would be my pleasure to serve you!
