"Unique Properties 4 Unique People" is what best summarizes what I do. My expertise lies in the marketing of & finding of unique properties around the Toronto area. Having the domains UniqueToronto.com, LoftSellers.ca & EastYorkLuxuryHomes.com allows me to do what I love and maintain my sites effectively. I am able to concentrate on a small number of niche markets and perform at a very high level vs just handling all sorts of spaces in the city.

I consider myself very down to earth and approachable. My e-listing and e-offer techniques have been designed to save you both time, money and stress in the process of buying or selling unique spaces.

Our first meeting is never about paperwork or stress, I always try to answer your questions the best way I can and let nature decide if we are good fit (or not) and whether or not we should work together.

What best summarizes my qualifications is perhaps the type of exposure that I have been able to acquire for my clients.
In the last 2 years, I have had 2 of my listings featured on 2 different HGTV shows and will also be featured in the Toronto Star in 2007 on an article about a urban loft transformation.

The bottom line is that although buying and selling spaces is my job, the true sign of success is making my clients wealthy along the way. There are few things more gratifying then informing a client that his space has appreciated by over $100,000 in only 2 years.
