Carol has a diversified background in human services, retail sales and office administration: her experience has given her excellent customer service skills and outstanding organizational skills. Carol has over 3 years experience in real estate sales consistently winning production awards. Prior to becoming an agent, Carol worked extensively as an administrative assistant in the industry giving her website and database management knowledge most agents do not possess.

Before a career in Real Estate, Steve completed post secondary education in Construction Technology and spent a year working in the design department of a major Island construction and property management company. Steve's working knowledge of business systems and construction methods has proved to be a great asset to his clients. Steve has over 9 years experience in real estate sales and has been a consistent top producing agent winning numerous production awards.

Steve is the number cruncher of the team. He works with clients to determine suitable asking/offering pricing. He also asks the questions needed to determine the clients best negotiating position.
