I have been selling Real Estate since 1987. I realized the value and potential of investing in Real Estate at an early age, buying my first duplex at the age of 20. I then turned this talent into a business opportunity and with a keen eye for identifying great investment opportunities and by building a network of proven and reliable renovation help, have helped my clients build up their Real Estate portfolios.

A graduate from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce with a Marketing major, I began my career with Montreal Trust in 1987 and subsequently joined Re/Max from 1989 to 2001. A consistent “100% Club” and a #1 agent for Re/Max Mc Par, I then became a co-owner of Royal LePage Village office in 2000 where I have been consistently earning “Presidents Gold” status (Top 5% in the Royal LePage network).

I am sure that the combination of academic achievements, 22 years hands-on experience and years of personal investment in Real Estate has helped me created a network of satisfied clients, that keep coming back.

Over the years, I have built a network of friends, families, bankers and sports connections thru my own personal love of hockey, golf and sports in general. IA top-ranked golfer, I have been able to build a network of both friends and clients, as they share passions for both sports and Real Estate investments. I have successfully concluded over 680 transactions!

Is now the time to invest in Residential Real Estate?

Interest rates have never been lower, and prices are falling (not as signficantly in our West Island, Montreal market), but falling none the less.. The government is offering tax incentives to upgrade these homes... all the arrows are pointing to Yes... Uncertainty ...
