Having come from the corporate world I have a unique perspective on the needs for my corporate clients and their time constraints. Coming from the USA I also have a perspecitve of what my American clients need and want as well as a different approach to home searching. I believe that the needs of my clients are paramount in the home search process and I try at all time to meet and exceed their expectations. Having lived in the Greater Montreal area I am familiar with most areas and their attributes as well as their prices for homes. I do my research and know my areas well and am computer literate contacting many of my clients by electronic means.

As a Chartered Agent, I am well educated to ensure that all the legalaties area met regarding your purchases/sales. However, I am continually educating myself to provide my clients with the best knowledge possible.
