Who am I?

I work from the office in Edinburgh and also from my home in Penicuik (South of Edinburgh). I have extensive knowledge of the local property market in Edinburgh South area, Penicuik and surroundings. I work very flexible hours to adapt to my clients’ schedule. I will do my best to offer you a stress-free experience of selling or purchasing your property at the most competitive cost.

In my work I combine the best marketing tools offered by the REMAX network with my intense desire of personal achievement. I believe that this combination is ideal the type of services that I provide. My success relies very much on referrals from previous clients. Thus, I have to make sure that every single client is more than happy with my services.

Who are my potential clients?

People selling their property.
I can help with professional marketing of your property. I estimate the most likely value of your property. In doing this, among other tools, I use the same surveyors that are used by the potential buyers and their banks. I advise you of the best strategy on bringing your property on the market (e.g., “offers over” price). To make things transparently clear to you, I prepare a detailed list of estimated costs for Marketing but also for Conveyancing (all legal documentation).
Once you employ my services, I use my "tools" to do all the work required to present your property to the market: internet presentation (including pictures, description, virtual tours, floor plans, schedule download), organise “For Sale” boards, property guide and newspaper ads. I personally introduce your property to viewers. I do the screening of viewers to make sure they qualify as potential buyers. I have experience in addressing issues raised by potential buyers. It's a fact that viewers are reluctant to raise issues with the actual owner and would rather do it with the agent representing the owner.
While doing all of the above, I constantly keep you informed.

People purchasing property.
I can do a valuation to advise of the best price to offer. I can refer you to a mortgage adviser (to maximize your chances to raise the money you need at a reasonable cost) and /or solicitor (to make sure you incur reasonable legal costs). I can assist to viewings and point out issues with the property you want to buy.

How do I get paid?

A part of the sale commission makes my salary.
When I help you sell a property I only get paid if and when the sale is concluded and the property actually changes hands. That is, throughout the process, your property is for me a personal investment of time and money and all my efforts are aimed at a final favourable outcome - a successful sale.
When I help you purchase a property you pay nothing to me - I will get a percentage of the sale commission of the sale agent, when the sale is concluded.
