Hi ! I am Nadir Nilgiriwala. I reside happily with my wife and two daughters to Bhatnagar Avenue in Viman Nagar, Pune. My real estate office is also at Viman Nagar. I specialize in Brokerage Real Estate business in the Eastern part of Pune namely Viman Nagar, Kalyani nagar, Koregaon Park, Kharadi, Magarpatta and surrounding areas. I have vast experience in Sale / Purchase / Lease / Renting of Residential / Commercial properties. I have investors from all over the world who place thier trust and deal with me for thier hard earned investment. I also do property management for investors placed abroad having thier properties in Pune. I screen the tenant/s for them mail them the profile of the tenant and put it on lease if approved. I act as caretaker of such properties with no charges to the owner. I am conversant of local laws relating to the same. I have Flats, Shops, Rowhouses, Bunglows, Offices, Penthouses, Sheds and host of configurations to suit various needs.
