Born and raised in San Mateo, California, Don was first introduced to Mexico in the late 80’s, where he took an interest in foreign ownership of real estate. He founded Pan America Ltd which put on real estate seminars under the name of Mexico Gold for purposes of educating foreigners on investing in real estate in Mexico. These seminars were featured on CNN, 20/20 and numerous radio and TV shows. He also established Baja International which represented developers in the Baja Norte region.

Due to several devastating family tragedies Don had to relocate back to San Mateo where he founded and was CEO of a successful manufacturing company for 14 years. His love for Mexico brought him back to Cabo San Lucas where he took a two year sabbatical before jumping back into the local real estate market. After helping a friend and neighbor start up a local real estate firm, he went on to start up his own real estate firms, Land’s End Realty of Los Cabos a retail real estate company and Baja International Real Estate and Development, a private investment firm.

Lands End Realty of Los Cabos and Baja International Real Estate and Development have since gone on to broker several multi-million dollar land acquisitions by among others the Cabo San Cristobal Resorts, one of the largest resort projects in the world with 8 hotels, several golf courses, 3 polo fields, Formula one track and the first world class yacht club in Cabo. Additionally completing a complicated acquisition for the Riu Hotels groups of 75 acres on the main beach in Cabo established itself as an authorative, professional and ethical real estate firm in the Baja California real estate market.
