I was licensed in the State of Oklahoma and when I considered buying in Mexico, I made a trip to Rosarito Beach and found myself, as a Realtor, tyring to find accurate information about foreign ownership. I found that accurate information was not redily available to me as a prospective buyer. My search for accurate information became a "mission" and over these last 20 years, I have found my home and have helped many others find their happy homes too!
I am the Broker Owner of Realty Executives Gibbs and Associates for the territory of Playas de Tijuana, San Antonio del Mar, Rosarito Beach, Puerto Nuevo area, Bajamar, Ensenada,Colonet and Bahia de Los Angeles. We exepct to open the Colonet Office by the summer of 2008 where the largest Mega Port of the world is being planned that will take a mojor load off of Long Beach Shipping in the next few years to come. This will be a state of the art Mega Port with support services that relate to such a facility. It is predicted this area will grow from 5,000 rsidents to 200,000 in the next 5 to 10 years! A new International airport is now planned for the Ensenada region which will be a real asset as well.
June 2008 will be the opening of THE REAL ESTATE MALL in the PUERTO NUEVO area where details of new communities and subdivisions will be on display so Buyers can visit several developments in terms if location, ammenities, price, etc., in one consolidated location before setting out to see the properties in person, thereby saving time in their property search.
We pride ourselves in knowing this area "like the back of our hands". One of our company policies is that all our Executives must live in Mexico full time and is a home or land owner in Mexico. We can't "talk the talk" if we are not "walking the walk"!
