Prior to relocating to his native country, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Misa was part owner of Novia Enterprises, LLC and CMV Properties, Inc in Washington State. He was in charge of Sales, Estimating, Customer Relations and Project Management. For the last 5 years he worked directly with Real Estate Investors, Realtors, General Contractors and Developers in the Real Estate Industry, assisting with locating, evaluating, and rehabbing both residential and commercial properties.
Rose has been in charge of Bookkeeping, Contract Administration, Office Management and Marketing for the above companies. She is organized, detailed, honest and professional. She enjoys assisting her husband and others in Business Management and Marketing. Besides building great Customer/Client relationships she is also great with research, data & finance analysis and technical & creative writing.
