(Erika): I was born in Veracruz Mexico and grew up in a little Village with out many opportunities; at age 19 I graduated from the Chamber of Commerce School as a Executive Secretary and right after I got married (a bad thing because I was too young). My husband was working for a well known cruise line company and we traveled to the US very often; after a few years we settled there trying several times to get legal status with out success. During that time my husband took courses in the Gold Coast Real Estate School of Florida planning for the future to open a real estate brokerage company but due to our uncertain legal status he was unable to get the licence.

Looking for better horizons and by then with two beatiful childs in 2005 we decided to move to Toronto Canada. There we started again. My husband is a professional marketer and in order to focus on our plan of selling Commercial and Residential Real Estate properties, we decided to join a Canadian Network of Real Estate profesionals.

We really enjoyed our time in Canada, while working hard we traveled to the montains, expend several months in Montreal, learned their culture. Looking for a place to settle we went to different cities and small towns but there was only one problem there, something that everyone loves but want to avoid every year: THE SNOW.

By June 2007 we decided it was time to go back to our country home Mexico and what better place to land than the Mexican Caribbean. My husband at the time had also had enough of traveling and between both of us with the accumulated experience in Sales, Marketing and traveling (working directly with business owners of different industries and a long list of contacts from USA and Canada) we set our plans to start a Real Estate and Marketing Business in Cancun Mexico.

Our only goal and responsability is to bring you results, we are going to accomplish that by using our experience and capacity to delivery to you, buyer or seller the best deal possible, the best result.

Our motto is: "Pay for Results NOT for Advertising".
