Heidi Wosak

With 18 years of Sales & Marketing experience Heidi moved to Puerto Peñasco in 2004, at that time she held a Real Estate Sales Person License & California Appraiser License. During the first 3 years in Puerto Peñasco she worked as an Investment Specialist and each year earned awards which placed her in the top 10% globally for an international franchise. Heidi has been proactively involved with real estate associations, locally and internationally. Serving as VP of Memberships for AMPI in 2005, Heidi led a pro active campaign to register the real estate agents in Puerto Peñasco in complying with the Sonoran State Registry Law. In early 2007 Heidi redirected her energy and enthusiasm to a new endeavor~ “The Mexico Real Estate & Yacht Club”, the first multi fractional ownership program of its kind. This company also specialized in luxury and unique beachfront investment opportunities. In the late summer of 2007 Mexico Real Estate & Yacht Club merged with Century 21 Sun & Sand of Puerto Peñasco. Heidi was named General Director/CEO and Designated Broker.

The overall guiding principle for the company is to ensure that when you sell or purchase Real Estate in Puerto Peñasco or anywhere throughout Mexico, that the transaction is “actually conducted” in a safe and secure manner. They accomplish this by working with experts in their field who mirror the real estate processes and procedures used in the United States.
