An accredited broker of various top developers in the country, namely:Cathay Land Inc, owner-developer of South Forbes Golf City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna; DMCI Homes - the country's only triple A builder-developer; Belle Corporation, owner-developer of Tagaytay Highlands; Landco-Pacific owner-developer of Punta Fuego, Playa Calatagan and Beachfront developments, Avida Land Corp, Vista Land (Britanny, Crown Asia and Camella), Greenfields Development Corp and many other major real estate developers.

A graduate of Meralco Foundation Institute. Used to work at Analog Devices (Phils.), Inc. in their Quality Assurance Department as Quality Assurance Engineer in Incoming QA, Assembly and Test from Jan 1988 to Aug 2001.
Started real estate sales career in 2004. Passed the Real Estate Licensure Exam in 2006. Established Santa Rosa Realty in 2007.
