I'm a licensed real estate broker and a certified public accountant. I specializes on selling of premium real estate properties in the Philippines. Owned and built by prestigious and reputable developers with more than 30 years in the real estate development industry. Such as Ayala Land-Alveo-Avida, DMCI Homes, Crown Asia-Brittany-Polar Mines, Globe Asiatique, Kalaw-Ledesma Group, Federal Land, to name a few.

I am presently one of the directors of My Homequest Realty Corporation. An SEC registered corporation, organized and managed by top caliber and reputable 15 Licensed Real Estate Brokers with more than 10 years experience in the realty profession.Therefore, you can expect only the best quality realty service from us.

I am also a member of PAREB (Philippine Association of Realtors Board, Inc) a national organization of licensed real estate brokers. The only Philippine orgaization of licensed real estate brokers duly accredited by NAR ( National Association of Realtors) based in the USA but with members all over the world. That gave me the right to affix Realtor® before my first name.

I provide free financial and tax related advice to some of my clients especially those who expresses their need for a budget and or return on investment schedule. This is to make sure that my client will be fully assisted and will be able to acquire their dream home or invest in premium properties.

My utmost concern is to provide the best possible service to my clients and fully assist them in purchasing and maintaining their dream property. My foremost reward is when I see that my clients are very happy and fully satisfied with their investment or home.

Most of my clients become my referral associates, agents, and close friends maybe because of the good relationship I so earnestly maintain between us for so many years after our realty transaction.

The following are some of the qualifications I earned through the years. However, I believe, that what kept me through the hardships in this business is my genuine desire to meet and serve people and that I love what I am doing. Though not always financially rewarding, but the happiness and satisfaction I see in my clients' eyes provided the best motivation to keep me going on...In addition the vast knowledge I learned and still to learn is like a sweet dessert that keeps me so excited everyday..

My most important qualification...

I believe, is that I am a mother of two. Being a mother and raised in a hard working yet low income family made me value and understand more the importance of having my own home, as well as investing our hard earned money to real estate properties. We used to be so thrifty and save our meager salaries. But when we started to venture into real estate investment, we saw that the value of our money grew a 100 times faster than just keeping it.
