I am an accredited real estate broker with DMCI homes. I have a lot of clients who have purchased condos for investment and are now renting them out. This is how I became a letting agent. I offer resort condos with amenities all furnished to a good standard. Our condos are available on either a short term or a long term basis.

My Marketing Manager David Emery is a member of the NAEA in the United Kingdom. After five years as a Residential Valuer working the richest territory in Englands second city, David is now a member of ARLA which is the Associaton of Residential Letting Agents. David is a Lettings Manager and deals with high end professionals who are looking for a high standard of accommodation. The regulations regarding renting properties in the United Kingdom are very strict and whilst protecting tenants from Landlords, the regulations also protect Landlords from liabilites and bad tenants. We hope that we are well equipped to service the high end market in Makati and Manila and provide both professional landlords and quality tenants with a five star level of service.
