A Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering graduate from Manuel L. Quezon University, Manila in 1982. Worked briefly with Bormaheco, Inc. and Negros Navigation (1981-1982) with their computer dept then moved to sales and marketing real estate in 1984. She acquired her real estate brokers license in 1988 and has not left real estate industry since then. She is also a long time member of several local realtors board in the Philippines, longest being PLAREB. Currently, she is affiliated with PAREB-Rizal Board of Realtors.

Currently Area Partner of RCBC Savings Bank for Paranaque and Taguig to handle sales of their acquired assets in the area.Accredited broker of various top developers in the country, namely, DMCI Homes - the country's only triple A builder-developer, Cathay Land Inc, owner-developer of South Forbes Golf City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna; Belle Corporation, owner-developer of Tagaytay Highlands, Landco-Pacific, Greenfields Development Corp and many other major real estate developers.
