Anna Nisperos

My name is Rossanna (Anna) Marie Nisperos-Marsh. I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Realtor. I am a very active member of both the Pasay-Makati Realtors Board (PMRB) and the Philippine Association of Realtor Boards (PAREB), which is a member of NAR in the US. My Real Estate Brokers License # is 19377 ® - 08.

I am the Sole Owner and Proprietor of the Marsh Real Estate Agency which is registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The photo is of me and my husband Doug Marsh, a retired U.S. Marine and Electrical Engineer. He is also the Director of our new International Property Management Branch.

I studied for and passed the Real Estate Brokers Licensing Exam in 2007.
I was previously in the rental of homes and properties for over 10 years.
I grew up in Makati and graduated from Assumption College, so I am very familiar with all the cities of Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan and Cavite Provinces.
