I soon found that I had too much time on my hands and needed to work from home to suit my life style. I took my love for buildings old and new and decided to turn it to my advantage. Spending time with lawyers, real estate agents and friends, learning the many detailed aspects and procedures with regards to building, resstoration and purchasing of property by foreigners in Turkey, I also and spent 15months assisting a local architect, learning the many procedures and permissions involved in building property.
In the Uk my hobby was old buildings in need of restoration/renovation, I soon became interested in the ways of the Turkish construction companies. The friends I have made on this journey and the discovery of Point 2 systems have been instrumental in the making of Turkey Property Gems.
