My professional experience as a real estate sales executive has enabled me to develop the following abilities:
• I nterviewing clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Prepare documents such as MOU, representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Compare properties with similar properties that have recently sold to determine their competitive market price.
• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Since entering into the industry, I have built a network of personal contacts which provide direct business opportunities for the company.
