Nigel Dingwall

Upon graduating from the University of Connecicut, with a degree in Accounting, I moved to Boston to begin my career. I then moved to Houston and into sales. In 1984 I moved to Foley, Alabama, to start a property management company. I received my real estate license in 1989. At first I was mostly interested in managing, buying and selling property for our company, however that changed. I was drawn to the sales side of real estate after closing a few sales and realizing how much I enjoyed the whole experience.

I own a property management company in Foley, Alabama. I have been a licensed real estate agent in Foley since 1989. I have been involved with sub-division planning and apartment complex developement. I have watched our area grow and I love to keep informed on the economic and property developement happening in our county. I have recently completed my
e-PRO certification and look forward to a great future in Baldwin County.
