I was born and raised in Pennslyvania. Most of my family is still there. I have five children, 3 boys (Skyler, Ethan, Aiden), and two girls (Anna and Ireland). I originally moved to South Alabama to take on a new position with the company I worked for, Verizon Wireless, as a Network Operation Engineer. Not long after, I found out that the company was going to be doing alot of lay offs. So, I started looking for something else. I put out hundreds of resumes, but there just wasn't anything in my field. In the mean-time I was working for my soon to be brother-in-law's, construction company. One day, I saw a sign for Real Estate school. It sparked my interest, so I started looking into the real estate market and thought this would be something I could make a good living at. Upon finishing school, I began my real estate career with Exit Realty. After three very good years there, I was approached about joining the Keller Williams team. It wasn't long before I decided to make the switch. I've been with Keller Williams for awhile now and am happy to have found my "Home Away From Home."

I have strong general market knowledge. I deal in all the different areas, homes, land, condos, commercial, etc. If I cannot answer a question, I have a great family company that is willing to bring their expertise to the table whenever needed. I've spent many hours researching the market and have tested quite a few different ways to get my listing noticed, from talking house to branding. Referrals is the main market I work with and the one that creates the most success for me. I have one of the best agent referral packages available. I pay 50% referrals upon successful closing to any agent that sends me a client, 35% if your client refers someone, and 25% if your client's person refers someone. Unbelievable, isn't it?! Are you wondering why I would do this? This is the best way I know how to generate more business and I don't think anyone mind's having more business! Not to mention, I wouldn't have gotten the client if it wasn't for you, and I owe it to you to pay your fair share.
