My name is Robin Davies. I have lived in the Prattville area since 1995 and am originally from Pass Christian, Mississippi. I am married to David Davies, a native of Prattville. We have two wonderful teenagers - Alexis and Brittney. My husband has been working at the local Chevrolet dealership, Larry Puckett Chevrolet since 2000, beginning in the service department and now in the sales department.
I began my real estate venture in 2006 while working full time. I attended classes at night and upon passing the exam in November, I decided that if I was going to work full time it was going to be at something that I enjoyed, was passionate about and could thrive at.
By the end of 2007, my record speaks for itself, as I attained a multi-million dollar producer status. I have accomplished the goal I set for myself and will continue to aspire to greater things. Even during the volatile market we have been experiencing, I am pleased to report that I have been able to maintain my multi-million dollar producing status. Just recently I started the new year by assisting in the opening of a brand new franchise with Exit Realty Preferred. We opened our new office doors on February 4, 2009 and are going strong.
I have attained my Associate Broker designation and am currently working towards my EcoBroker designation. In addition to my new homes sales, I very much enjoy working with residential as well as investment buyers. I work with buyers and sellers. Both sides are welcomed and sometimes a challenge. When I conquer the challenge is when I feel at the top of my game. My husband and I enjoy flipping homes so I can see the potential in sometimes what is not the obvious. I am hands on in the flipping process and love every minute of it. I have definitely found my calling - whether buying, fixing, selling, marketing or showing, I am in my element. I strive to be the best I can and work to prove that every day. In addition to representing buyers and sellers in our local market, my affiliation with Exit Realty, an international company with offices in 45 states and many provinces in Canada, allows me to assist others who may be moving out of my area.
